Job Bank

The Natioanl Federation of Paralegal Associations maintains a database of job openings for paralegal in all parts of the United States. This database can be searched at no charge.  You may search the entire database or limit your search to various criteria, such as a specified city or state or a special practice area. Employers or recruiters who would like to list a job opening in the national NFPA database should connect to the NFPA web site.

WSPA maintains a separate listing of Washington job openings which can be viewed by any visitor to our web site. Any employer or employment agency may submit a job opening to this listing, but we ask that they be true paralegal positions or closely related -- regardless of what the job title is.

There is no cost for a listing for government agencies or nonprofit public service organizations. For other employers, the cost is $50 for a single listing.  Each listing is maintained for four weeks, unless cancelled earlier or renewed for an additional 4-week term. WSPA reserves the right to refuse posting of any listing submitted if we feel it does not conform to our standards or WSPA's purposes.

Employers who would like to list a job opening with WSPA should fill out an online job listing questionnaire and pay the listing fee securely via credit card on our Acteva payment service. We attempt to post new listings as quickly as possible, but the web site is maintain by volunteers and we cannot always guarantee immediate posting. To submit a job opening online, click the button at the left.

As a benefit to current paid WSPA members only, you may also receive automatic e-mail notifications of each new job opening listed on the WSPA job bank. If you would like to receive these notifications, sign up on via the WSPA Members Job Bank List Serve Sign Ups page.
