Program Description

Know What to Do Before Ethically Questionable Situations Arise

Exposing your attorney, and yourself, to malpractice or other liabilities can have a significant impact on your firm. This essential course will examine unethical situations and give you guidance on how to avoid them or handle them if they've crept up on you. Don't put your job and your firm in jeopardy - register today!

  • Identify ethical rules that apply to you - both in a direct and indirect manner.
  • Uncover constructive ways to protect yourself and your attorney.
  • Receive practical guidance on what to do when you know an ethical rule has been violated.
