Theda is a paralegal at Forsberg & Umlauf in Seattle. She has been with Forsberg & Umlauf for five years. Prior to Forsberg she was a paralegal at Tewell & Findlay for twelve years. Her primary area of practice is insurance defense. She has assisted in many types of cases over the years including personal injury, property damage, construction defect, legal malpractice and employment discrimination. While she has been involved primarily in defense work, she has also participated in plaintiff cases. After taking the PACE exam, she earned her Registered Paralegal (RP) credential in December 2006.
