Kelli Wilcox is a full-time paralegal at Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker LLP in the Business Practice Group. Her primary focus is in the areas of business/corporate law, entity formation and maintenance, business acquisitions and real estate. Kelli graduated, with honors, from the Paralegal Program at Highline Community College in Des Moines, WA, in 2000. She has taught in the Highline Paralegal Program, has been a Program guest speaker, and served as the Chair of its Advisory Committee.
Kelli has been involved with the Washington State Paralegal Association since 2001, serving as South King County Chapter Director, WSPA President, Vice President of Professional Development, and served on the Regulation Committee. Kelli also served several years as a WSPA delegate to the National Federation of Paralegal Associations where she was instrumental in amending national policy. Kelli was appointed as NFPA's Legislative Coordinator for the membership year 2005-2005 where her primary responsibility was tracking and reporting legislation pertaining to paralegals and non-lawyer regulation. During her tenure as WSPA President, Kelli presented before the Washington State Practice of Law Board on paralegal regulation and non-lawyer practice, and before the American Bar Association with regard to the proposed definition of the practice of law on behalf of WSPA.
